Role Overview
Senior Salesforce Developers will play a critical role in integrating Salesforce with the Contact Center ecosystem, enabling enhanced agent experiences and real-time customer insights. The focus will be on Agentforce Voice, Service Cloud, and deep Genesys Contact Center integration.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver Agentforce Voice deployments integrated with Contact Center platforms
• Design and implement Salesforce Service Cloud solutions supporting customer service workflows
• Integrate Salesforce with Genesys Contact Center for voice, routing, and agent enablement
• Configure and optimise Salesforce SRMEA (Service, Reporting, Metrics & Analytics)
• Collaborate with business, product, and contact center teams to enable a 360° customer view
• Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions aligned to enterprise standards
Required Skills & Experience
• Strong hands-on experience as a Senior Salesforce Developer
• Proven Agentforce Voice deployment experience
• Solid background integrating Salesforce with Genesys Contact Center
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud
• Experience with SRMEA, reporting, and service analytics
• Strong stakeholder communication and POD-based delivery experience
